Last Christmas, we embraced the festive spirit with our Secret Santa Campaign, a heartwarming initiative designed to bring joy to both our cherished guests and the local community. What started as a simple idea blossomed into a beautiful celebration of generosity, reminding us all of the power of small, thoughtful gestures.
The Purpose: A Season of Giving and Togetherness
Christmas is a time of warmth and giving, and at Lucid Cafe Bali, we wanted to create an experience that encouraged both. The Secret Santa Campaign was designed to spread happiness among our guests while also extending kindness beyond our cafe doors. By fostering a culture of thoughtful surprises and generosity, we aimed to create meaningful connections and remind everyone of the magic that comes from giving.
100 Free Meals to Online Drivers and People in Need in surrounding area
To bring this vision to life, we introduced a fun and engaging Secret Santa experience where one of our staff dressed as Santa Clause and reveal his Secret Gifts to all online drivers and people in need across the street on Christmas Day. Here are what we’ve done for the campaign:
🎁 Gift Selection: Ensuring The Right Wish with The Right Dish! Since it was rainy season and the target free meals are mostly locals, we’ve decided to bring our Signature Fried Rice to the table. This is because rice based dish brings more energy and give long lasting fulfillment for stomach. The BBQ Chicken flavor was chosen not only because it’s our most popular flavor, but also to ensure it’s commonly accepted so everybody can enjoy it without hustle.
☕ Surprise Treats: Guests who ordered special holiday menu items were gifted surprise treat—a repeat order will be entitled to special discount.
💌 Kindness Mention & 🎄 Customer Support Initiative: Every guests received a simple message reminder by our dedicated staffs, that they have a share of kindness act, just by dining in our cafe. As part of the campaign, 2 percentage of every menu purchase leading up to Christmas, was utilized to prepare for the 100 free meals. It’s a positive gesture as they can share their delightful and enjoyable experience to other people too.
The Experience: A Journey of Shared Smiles
The atmosphere throughout December was nothing short of magical as guests arrived with excitement. It was heartwarming to see the joy on people’s faces as they’re informed and learned about The Campaign. They gave very positive thought as they’re about to pass along small but meaningful acts of kindness.
The Secret Santa Campaign turned Lucid Cafe Bali into more than just a place to dine—it became a hub of heartfelt connections, laughter, and festive warmth. Many guests shared their experiences to their family & friends and encouraging others they’ve known to take part, which helped spread the campaign’s reach even further.
The Outcome: A Celebration of Kindness
The response to the campaign exceeded all expectations. 100 Free Meals were given, countless positive feedbacks by our guests were mentioned, and the initiative created a ripple effect of goodwill that extended far beyond the cafe. More than just a seasonal activity, the campaign reinforced the spirit of togetherness and inspired many to carry the message of kindness forward into the new year.
We also successfully raised awareness to community by making someone’s holiday season a little brighter with simple initiative driven by act of kindness. It was the greatest reward of all.
